Dream Bath is a bath tea designed to help you relax into your most peaceful sleep. With sleep-encouraging herbs such as mugwort, chamomile, and lavender, you're bound to be whisked away into a dreamland after this bath!

To Use:

Ali’s Apothecary Tea Bath can be used in one of two ways.

Simply scoop desired amount of tea bath into the natural muslin tea bag, tie shut, and drop into hot running bath water. Allow bath tea to “steep” while you bathe. Afterwards, you may use the tea bag with the herbs still in it to cleanse your face and body. Dispose after use.

OR

Scoop the bath tea loose-leaf into hot running bath water, steep and enjoy!

Bath Tea includes bamboo scoop, and two natural muslin bags.

(This method requires a bit more clean up, but is a lovely experience!)
