Black Cohosh is a perennial herb, native to eastern North America. Almost everything known about the value of black cohosh root came from practices and remedies of Native American peoples.

Suggested Use:

To use as a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 3/4 tsp. of herb, cover and steep 3-5 minutes.
